Quite different from their ordinary song material, progressive rock group "Kansas" featuring songwriter Kerry Livgren had a small hit with this song in 1977. Due to its pleasant melody and simple, still beautiful lyrics, it's been covered by many artists: among them Scorpions, Simon & Garfunkel and Sarah Brightman.
